Is it possible to be a minimalist quilter? I mean having only the essentials for the craft, not a minimalist aesthetic in quilt design.
I’m not there. I certainly feel better about my space now. I have only the essentials on my sewing machine table and on my cutting table.

Craft Curating
BUT, my craft closet is not minimalist. And, I have four Sew Together Bags in the living room for hand quilting!
The journey continues.
I’m doing The 100-Day Project at the same time I’m Spring Cleaning/Curating. I’ve organized tools and cleaned out the sewing closet. The last project in my sewing space—-these PILES of scraps.
I’m a piler and a sorter. I sort then I throw what I’ve sorted into a pile. I have a selvage pile, a strings pile, a solid color pile, a prints pile and a teeny tiny scraps pile. I’m feeling a little “mad” about this.

I took this photo using the self-timer on my camera. I’m impressed with the blurry background! I wanted my makeup to reflect how I’m feeling about this project.
