I’m getting ready to go to a three-day sewing retreat. If I could hire a personal retreat assistant, I would.
Is this enough fabric? Is it the right fabric? Where are all the tools? Why do I need to take all these cords? and on and on.
I feel dizzy.
Day 22/100, Circle Sampler One
Circle Sampler One
This block is the result of my first design in Adobe Illustrator. I discussed this is a previous post.
I had planned to use a blue background. I tried it, and it overwhelmed the red circle so I went with a peachy red instead. The rings are needle turn applique that I cut into quarters then added the peachy red.
My plan was to experiment with a 12″ block, then make a large quilt using that design. BUT, I’m going to make a Circle Sampler.
Circle Sampler One sounds like the name of a rocket ship. “Earth to Circle Sampler One.”
